Students represent ASMSA at International Science and Engineering Fair
Three students represented ASMSA at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Reno, Nevada, in early May. Sarah Stanger and Brett Clark were the first and second place overall winners at ASMSA’s regional fair, which sent them directly to ISEF. Jesse Thomason, who placed fourth overall at the ASMSA Science and Engineering Fair, went on to the state fair and placed first overall to secure a spot at the international fair. [more]

Students qualify to compete at state Solo and Ensemble
Seven students from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts attended the Arkansas School Band Orchestra Association (ASBOA) Region III Solo and Ensemble competition at Ashdown Middle School on Friday, April 24, 2009. [more]
